How Does God Confirm His Word?

"After the Lord Jesus had spoken to them he was taken up into heaven and he sat at the right hand of God. Then the disciples went out and preached everywhere, and the Lord worked with them and confirmed his word by the signs that accompanied it." Mark 16:19-20

Are you witness for Christ everywhere you go?

In what places or at what times do you share Christ; verbally or physically?

Do you truly believe that the Lord desires to work with you in sharing the gospel and answering God's call on your life like the disciples? Name a time when you have felt God working with you to do his will?

His word is powerful...and it confirms us daily when we are in His will. Has the word been
confirmed in your life?

Give a specific time when the word clearly answered or confirmed a situation in your life.

What signs accompanied this? For example did something happen that you could not explain until days later when you looked back and said, "God orchestrated it that way in order to bring this about".

Pray that you are in God's will. Pray that God will reveal His plans to you in a mighty way and confirm them by His word. Pray also for cleansing, clean hands and a pure heart, so that God can work within you. Confess any sin you may have and ask him to forgive you. Be honest...God knows your heart. This will allow you to move closer to Him to do His will.

If you have a hard time answering these questions...GET IN THE WORD. Ask God to reveal His will and message to you. Ask yourself if you have a true relationship with Him or if you need him to forgive you and come into your heart to lead you where HE would have you go.
